摘 要:为了满足小型铷钟对晶振短稳指标和开机特性的要求,从低噪声、快速预热的角度设计了一种用于小型铷原子钟的小型化压控恒温晶体振荡器。由Lesson模型出发,通过对振荡电路的噪声进行分析,提出了一些改善晶振短稳指标的措施;依据得出的设计原则讨论了关键元器件的选用,改进了电路及恒温槽的设计。通过A7-MAX测试,该晶振的秒稳定度达到了3.18×10-12/s;在室温(25℃)下开机,该晶振在3 min内便可进入±5×10-8的频率准确度。由此可见,该晶振适用于小型铷钟。A low phase noise and fast warm-up voltage control oven crystal oscillator for improving short-term frequency stability and fast warm-up capability of a rubidium frequency standard was designed.Through analyzing the phase noise of the oscillator circuit,some measures of improving the short-term frequency stability have been proposed based on Lesson model.According to it,the choice of electronic components was discussed and the design of circuit and oven was improved.Testing by A7-MAX,the short-term frequency stability can reach to 3.18×10-12/s,and the frequency accuracy can come into ±5×10-8 in three minutes at room temperature(25 ℃).The results show that it is specially applicable to a miniature rubidium atomic clock
