不同剂量PMSG/HCG对小鼠超排效果及胚胎卵裂率的影响

摘　　要：40只雌性昆明小白鼠随机分为4组,每组注射PMSG和HCG分别为5IU+5IU、10IU+10IU、15IU+15IU和20IU+20IU,注射间隔时间为48h,合笼;次日早检栓、冲胚、培养,统计排出卵母细胞的数量及卵裂率。结果表明,第3组小鼠排出卵母细胞的平均数量(45.2枚),差异显著(P<0.05)高于第2组(31.4枚)和第4组(28.7枚),极显著(P<0.01)高于第1组(17.1枚);第1组、2组、3组间卵裂率(97.7%、95.9%、94.9%)无差异(P>0.05),但均显著(P<0.05)高于第4组(66.9%)。初步说明昆明小白鼠超排的最佳激素剂量为15IUPMSG+15IUHCG,但要想得到很好的超排效果还要考虑其他因素。This study was carried out to determine the optimum hormone dosage for the superovulation of Kunming mice. Method：A total of 40 female Kunming mice were divided randomly into four groups, and treated at the interval of 48h wih 51U ＋ 5IU, 10IU ＋ 10IU, 15IU ＋ 15IU, or 20IU ＋ 20IU PMSG and HCG to stimulate superovulation of Kunming mice. Result ：The average number of ovocyte in group 3 was significantly higher （P 〈 0.05 ） than group 2 and group 4, as well as group 1 （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The rate of embryos cleaved in group 1 ,group 2 and group 3 were no differences （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but they were significantly higher （ P 〈 0.05 ） than group 4. Conclusion：The optimum dosage of hormone for super - ovulation of Kunming mice was 15IU PMSG ＋ 15IU HCG. Other factors should be considered for ohtainingtbe best effect of supemvulation.
