不同年龄华北落叶松光合、蒸腾生理生态特征的研究

摘　　要：2009年7月,在河北省围场县塞罕坝机械林场红水营林区运用LI-6400(Li-COR,Inc.,USA)光合测定系统,对不同年龄华北落叶松(Larixprincipis-rupprechtii)的叶片光合作用和环境因子动态变化进行了测定,并通过多元逐步回归分析方法分析了净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)与环境因子间的相互关系。结果表明:31年生华北落叶松的净光合速率、蒸腾速率日变化曲线均呈双峰型,具有明显的"午休"现象;15年生和6年生落叶松的净光合速率、蒸腾速率日变化曲线呈单峰型。在整体水平上15年生华北落叶松净光合速率和蒸腾速率最大,31年生最小。随着年龄段的变化,净光合速率和蒸腾速率所受到的影响因子不同,且影响程度有较大差异。大气相对湿度(RH)是影响净光合速率的主要因子;气孔导度(Gs)是影响蒸腾速率的主要因子。At the Hongshui forest range of Saihanba Mechanized Forest Farm,the photosynthesis and eco-physiological factors of different ages of Larix principis-rupprechtii were measured by portable photosynthetic measuring system LI-6400 in July in 2009.And the relationships between net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and environmental factors were analyzed by stepwise multiple regression.The results showed that the diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of 31 year-old Larix principis-rupprechtii presented a double peak curve with a obvious ＂midday depression＂;15 year-old and 6 year old Larix principis-rupprechtii presented a single-peak curve.The 15 year-old has the highest net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate;31 year-old Larix principis-rupprechtii has the minimum value.With the changes of age,the mainly influential factors of net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate is also changed,and the influence degree has much difference.The relative humidity is major effect to net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance is major influential factor of transpiration rate.
