呼和浩特市居住区坐憩设施对居民行为的影响

摘　　要：居住区内的公共设施作为公共空间的重要因素,它们的使用效率与居民的生活质量密切相关。本文采用实地观察法和现场问卷调查法对呼和浩特市学府花园、金宇紫光、海天花园、桥华世纪村4个居住区进行调查,调查表明,坐憩设施的位置、材质、周围环境都对居民的行为活动有很大的影响。调查中,52%的居民觉得坐憩设施能够方便邻里之间的交流比较重要;43%的居民希望小区中有能提供休息空间的坐憩设施。63%的居民希望坐憩设施简单实用就好;42%的居民希望坐憩设施能体现本居住区的特色。62%的居民喜欢木质的坐憩设施。The public facilities in residential area is the important factor in the public room,the usage efficiency of them is closed related to the life of residents.In this paper,use the methods of field survey and the questionnaire.The setting of the sitting is the important factor to encourage residents to use the opening space.Survey shows that,the arrangement mode、material and the environment around of the sitting have influence on the and activity.During the investigation,52% of the residents think it is good that the sitting can convenient the communication between neighbor;43% of the residents hope that the sitting can provide rest room.63% of the residents hope the sitting simple and practical;42% of the residents hope the sitting can reflect the features of the residental area.62% of the residents like wooden sitting.
