摘 要:以来自不同地区的123个黄瓜品种为试材,测定了低温(13℃)条件下各品种的相对发芽势、相对发芽率、相对胚根长、相对发芽指数、相对活力指数等指标,采用极点排序法对黄瓜不同品种的耐低温性进行综合评价。结果表明:黄瓜不同品种低温下的相对发芽势、相对发芽率、相对胚根长、相对发芽指数、相对活力指数达差异显著水平(p<0.05),采用极点排序法计算得到各品种的综合评价得分,依得分大小将123个黄瓜品种分为耐低温品种,中度耐低温品种和低温敏感品种。5个相对指标与综合评价得分间的相关性均达极显著水平,且相对活力指数与综合评价得分的相关性最高(r=0.964 17)。说明通过测定13℃条件下黄瓜品种萌发期相对发芽势、相对发芽率、相对胚根长、相对发芽指数、相对活力指数等指标,并采用极点排序法可以对黄瓜品种的耐低温性进行快速评价。One hundred and twenty-three cucumber cultivars from different regions were collected to establish a low temperature tolerance evaluation method of different cucumber cultivars by determining their relative germination trend,relative germination percentage,relative germination index,relative radical length and relative vigor index under low temperature(13℃).The results indicated that relative germination trend,relative germination percentage,relative germination index,relative radical length and relative vigor index showed significant difference(p〈0.05) among cucumber varieties.Based on these five indexes,the evaluation score of different cucumber varieties was calculated by pole sorting method.According to scores of the evaluation,One hundred and twenty-three cucumber cultivars were classified into low temperature tolerant materials,low temperature sensitive materials and moderately low temperature sensitive materials.The five indicators were significantly correlated with the evaluation scores while relative vigor index and evaluation scores had the highest correlation coefficient(r=0.964 17).The results indicated that the pole sorting method could be used to early evaluate the low temperature tolerance of cucumber varieties by investigation of relative germination trend,relative germination percentage,relative germination index,relative radical length and relative vigor index at 13℃.
