摘 要:腐朽真菌引起的木材霉变腐朽严重影响木材外观,降低木材的使用价值,因此预防木材霉变腐朽,是木材利用过程中的1个重要课题。本文利用常规的分离纯化方法从沙生灌木的1个品种沙柳材上分离出2种腐朽菌,经鉴定为均隶属于半知菌类,进一步通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了腐朽菌的培养特性,将2种腐朽菌接种培养在PDA培养基上,分别从碳源、氮源、pH等因素确定了腐朽菌的最适生长条件。Wood fungi cause a reduction in the timber utilization,decreasing the aesthetic quality of wood.Thereby it is an important researeh work to prevent wood decay in period of wood using.In this dissertation,2 types of staining strain were isolated and identified from salix wood The cultural characteristics and biological characteristics were investigated.These two fungi were identified as the category of Deuterornyeotina.We also used single-factor test and orthogonal test to study their cultural characteristics,and cultured them on the culture medium of PDA petri dishes,after that we can have the result that the effects of different carbon,nitrogen and pH value on the growth condition of decay fungi.
