乳管镜辅助下乳晕旁小切口乳头成形术治疗乳头内陷的体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳管镜辅助下乳晕旁小切口乳头成形术的疗效和安全性,术中乳管镜的探查可有助于乳管的保护。方法:乳管镜辅助下乳晕旁小切口乳头成形术治疗后天性乳头内陷18例,记录复发率以及术中完整保护各级乳管的成功例数及百分比。结果:乳管镜辅助下乳晕旁小切口乳头成形术治疗后天性乳头内陷,明显减少了复发率,且大部分例数(16例占88%)完整保留住各级乳管,充分体现出微创化术式中的意义。Objective To investigate effect and security of fiberoptic ductoscopy adjunctive mammilliplasty from periareolar incision,and intraoperation fiberoptic ductoscopy exploration can assist the protection of laticifer.Method 18 cases of acquired inverted nipple treated by fiberoptic ductoscopy adjunctive mammilliplasty from periareolar incision,record a relapse rate and the successful cases and percentage of being protected the integrity at all levels of laticifer.Result Fiberoptic ductoscopy adjunctive mammilliplasty from periareolar incision for the treatment of acquired inverted nipple makes the relapse rate drop off significantly,and most of the cases（16 cases,88%） can keep the integrity at all levels of laticifer.The significance of minimally invasive surgery is very important.
