摘 要:川西须家河组的勘探开发实践表明,裂缝的发育程度对于单井能否建产及产能大小起着至关重要的作用。通过研究形成了堵漏方案设计软件,从井漏裂缝宽度计算和堵漏钻井液配方设计2个方面对现行的高酸溶堵漏技术进行了优化和完善。现场试验表明,经软件设计的堵漏配方堵漏成功率高、漏失量小,显著降低了裂缝性储层中的漏失性伤害,对于类似的裂缝性储层保护具有借鉴意义。Exploratory development practice of Xujiahe Group in west Sichuan basin showed that the development of fractures was critical for single well whether to establish and the production ability.A loss control software was designed to optimize actual high acidized loss control technology,including width calculation of loss fractures and design of loss control drilling fluids.Field experiment showed that the success ratio of loss control was high and loss volume was less than before.The fractured formation damage was decreased obviously.The technology application was succeeded in protecting fractured gas reservoir and could be refered in similar fractured reservoirs.
