摘  要:肯基亚克油田位于哈萨克斯坦共和国滨里海盆地东缘肯基亚克构造带上,地质情况极为复杂,井喷、井漏、井塌和卡钻等复杂事故频繁发生。根据该区块地质特点和侧钻井的要求,优选出了高密度饱和盐水聚磺钻井液。经肯011和肯106侧钻井应用表明,该高密度饱和盐水聚磺钻井液性能稳定、抑制性强、流变性好,有效地降低了钻杆与井壁的摩擦阻力,改善了钻井液的流变性和抑制防塌能力,避免了钻井液的密度波动过大导致的井漏和井喷等复杂情况;通过在钻井液中添加油溶性和酸溶性暂堵剂,保证了钻井液有合理的颗粒粒级分布和良好的封堵能力,有效地保护了油气层。The Kenirake oil-field is located in the east of strand Caspian Sea basin prospect areas of Kazakhstan republic.In this areas,the complex accidents always occurred,such as well blowout,well leakage,well collapse,sticking of drill tools,and so on.According to the geologic characteristics of the region and the demands of the side tracked wells,high density and saturated brine poly-sulphonated drilling fluids were used.In K7011 and K106 wells,the application results showed that the mud systems had stable properties,strong shale inhibition and excellent rheological property.The oil soluble and acid soluble temporary plugging agents were added into the drilling fluids.As a result,it ensured the reasonable distribution of particle fraction and good plugging capacity.Accordingly,the oil and gas formation was effectively protected.
