摘  要:针对埕129-斜10井地层成岩性差、泥岩性软、蒙脱石含量高、造浆严重、砂岩渗透性好等特点和大位移井钻井施工工艺的特点,采用了纳米乳液胺基聚合物润滑海水钻井液。经现场应用表明,该钻井液携岩能力强,具有良好的流变性、润滑防卡性和抑制性,有效预防了井壁失稳,满足了浅地层、大斜度延伸井的钻井要求。在大斜度井段施工中必须坚持短程起下钻,及时修整井壁,以钻井液的净化保优化。该井的安全、快速完钻为渤海湾海油陆采浅地层、大位移井的钻井液工艺技术提供了宝贵经验。The formation of well Cheng 129-Xie 10 is hard to forn rocks,with soft mudstone,high content of montmorillonite,serius mud-making,high permeability and extended reach drilling characteristics construction process,thus we use amine polymer nano-emulsion lubricating sea water drilling fluid.The field application shows that the rock drilling fluid has a good capability of cuttings transport,good rheology,lubrication and inhibitive ability,which effectively prevents the borehole instability,and meets the shallow strata,highly extended-reach deviated wells requests. In order to ensure optimization of drilling fluid purification,it must insist short paragraph tripping and timely well repair during the high-angle well construction.The success of the fast and safe drilling provided a valuable experience for the shallow Bohai Sea oil formation,extended reach well drilling fluid technology.
