摘 要:在开采高含硫化氢地层过程中,为了保证钻井工程的正常进行、防止钻具腐蚀以及现场工作人员的生命安全,必然要向钻井液中添加除硫效率高、溶解度大的除硫剂来清除侵入井下的硫化氢气体。但是在钻井过程中常常忽略了除硫剂本身对钻井工具的腐蚀问题。因此,采用模拟井下高温动态的方法,将2种新型除硫剂对钻具钢N80、G105和S135的腐蚀情况进行了实验研究,检验其腐蚀程度。有机除硫剂对钻具产生严重腐蚀,无机除硫剂能置换出钻具中的铁成分,引起钻具的腐蚀。需向钻井液中添加适当的缓蚀剂来减缓钻具的受腐蚀程度。During the exploitation of the formation with high hydrogen sulfide concentration,the high efficient and large soluble sulfide scavenger was added in the drilling fluid system to remove hydrogen sulfide in borehole.It could ensure the normal progress of drilling engineering and corrosion prevention of drilling tools,as well as the lives of field workers.But people often ignored that sulfide scavenger itself corroded the drilling tools during the drilling process.The corrosion of two new sulfide scavengers was studied for the drill steel N80,G105,and S135 by simulation method of underground high-temperature dynamic,and the corrosive degree was detected.The results showed that the organic sulfide scavenger caused the serious corrosion of drilling tools and the inorganic sulfide scavenger caused the corrosion of drilling tools by replacing the ferrous component of drilling tools.Therefore,the suitable corrosion inhibitor needed be added in drilling fluids to slow down the corrosion degree of drilling tools.
