摘  要:储层岩性、物性和潜在敏感性评价结果表明,南堡油田试验井组馆陶组和东一段储层胶结疏松,胶结物以泥质为主,黏土矿物成分中蒙脱石含量较高;明化镇组和馆陶组属于高孔高渗储集层,东一段为中孔中渗储集层;东一段储层为中等偏强至极强水敏、强盐敏、中等偏强至强土酸敏。优选出了适合该区块的成膜封堵低侵入保护油层盐水钻井液,该钻井液滤失量低,高温高压滤失量低于10 mL;抑制性强,东一段岩屑的一次回收率大于95%,二次回收率大于93%;封堵性极强,高温高压砂床滤失量趋于零。通过与合理的井身结构、完善的钻井工艺措施相结合,使用该钻井液钻进的14口井实现了优快钻井,8口井深小于3 600 m的井平均钻井周期为38.1 d,比邻井提高了35%,并很好地保护了油层,现场井浆的渗透率恢复值大于90%,应用井的表皮系数均为负数。It has been proved that the Guantao Formation and Dongyi Member have loose formation cementation which is mainly poorly diagenetic clay with high content of montmorillonite.Reservoirs in the Minghuazhen Formation and Guantao Formation have high porosity and high permeability.The Dongyi Member has medium porosity and medium permeability,while the reservoir productivity of the Dongyi Member is sensitive to water(medium-strong-very strong), salt contamination(strong),and mud acid contamination(medium-strong-very strong).A saltwater drilling fluid with filming capacity and low invasion was used in this area.This fluid has good rheology,low filtration rate(HTHP filter loss<10 mL),and strong inhibitive capacity.Hot rolling test using cuttings from Dongyi Member gives a primary percent cutting recovery of 95%and a secondary percent cutting recovery of 93%.HTHP filter loss on a sand pack is almost zero.The application of this drilling fluid in 14 wells give birth to an average drilling time of 38.1 d per well,35%less than offset wells.Core permeability test using field mud gives a permeability recovery of higher than 90%,and skin factors are all negative.
