鳖煎剂对小鼠白细胞数量的影响

摘　　要：鳖煎剂对正常动物的白细胞数量有提高作用,对注射环磷酰胺所致白细胞数目减少有一定对抗作用,并可促进因注射环磷酰胺所致白细胞数量低下小鼠增生白细胞。The effect of decoction of soft-shelled turtle(Trionyx sinensis Wieg- mann)on the leukocytic number of both healthy mice and mice whose leukocytogenesis was induced cyclophosphamide was studied.The leukocy- tic number of normal mice was increased by the administration of this decoction of soft-shelled turtle and the increase is not pathophysiological. This decoction of soft-shelled turtle could produce a protective effect on mice leukocytopenia induced by cyclophosphamide,came the proliferation of white blood cells,increase its number and quicken the restoration.
