摘　　要：给出了横切机装置的硬件系统设计,该系统主要由I/O模块、PLC系统、触摸式人机界面、伺服驱动系统组成.介绍了系统框架及各模块的功能.该设计方案已成功应用于玻璃生产线中.Glass crosscutting machine is indispensable equipment for the glass on-ine cutting.In this paper,the system hardware design of cross-cutting machine is presented.The system mainly consists of I / O modules,PLC systems,touch-type man-machine interface,servo drive system.The system framework and the function of each module are introduced in this papaer.The design scheme has been successfully used in glass production line.
