摘  要:分析了当前地理信息服务与其元数据不对称导致多源地理信息服务难于无缝集成的现状,提出根据OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium)网络地图服务(Web Map Service,WMS)动态生成自身元数据的方法,并基于OGCCSW(Catalogue Service for the Web)、WMS规范和ISO19139元数据标准开发了MS2 MD中间件。提出用于监测地理信息服务质量的方法,实现了对多源、分布式CSW与WMS的准实时动态监测;同时,设计了多源分布式CSW和WMS地理信息服务的集成体系结构,并将上述方法应用于全球综合地球观测系统(Global Earth Observation Systemof Systems,GEOSS)的空气质量与健康项目中,解决了WMS与其自身元数据信息不对称以及地理信息服务质量的准实时监测问题,实现了多源分布式CSW和WMS地理信息服务的无缝集成与互操作。As the progress of the sensors and methods of data acquisition,massive geographic data are acquired everyday,which belong to different government branches,research institutes and commercial companies,locate in distributed servers and have diverse data formats.Therefore,many projects are implemented to share those geographic data through OWS(OGC Web Service),such as WMS(Web Map Service),WFS(Web Feature Service),WCS(Web Coverage Service) and so on.Currently,it is very difficult to integrate multi-source and distributed geospatial information services seamlessly because of asymmetry between them and their metadata.In this paper,a XSLT template and an engine are developed and utilized to generate ISO19139-based metadata files.According to the above,an automatic generation method of ISO19139-based metadata for the WMSs is put forward and a middleware named MS2MD is developed based on OGC CSW(Catalogue Service for the Web),WMS and ISO19139,which facilitates the sharing,integrating and interoperability of multi-source,heterogeneous geospatial information.Also,a method for monitoring the states of OWSs is proposed to achieve near real-time and dynamic monitoring of geospatial information services.In this monitoring middleware,a set of self-adapting rules are provided to check the up-to-date state of the OWS,up or down.Finally,for verifying the availability of the relevant methods and middlewares,an application system architecture is designed and implemented for the seamless integration and interoperability of multi-source and distributed geospatial information services to solve the above problems,which is utilized in one study case:GEOSS(Global Earth Observation System of Systems) AIP(Architecture Implementation Pilot) air quality and health project.
