互联网资源与我国省域经济发展的关系研究

摘　　要：互联网与区域经济发展的关系问题是信息地理研究的一个重要命题。为了考察1999—2008年我国互联网资源与省域经济发展之间的关系,选择CN域名和网民作为互联网资源指标,以GDP和人均GDP为经济发展指标,定量分析省域经济发展水平对互联网资源分布的影响,并尝试寻找互联网资源对省域经济发展带动作用的基本规律。研究显示:CN域名是区域人均GDP的反映,而区域GDP对网民的影响在0.48的基础上逐步提高,并维持在一个很高的水平,同时人均GDP对网民的作用则从0.74逐渐下降,并最终保持在0.4以下;由于10年来我国的互联网仍处于高速发展期,并且人们对互联网的认知及互联网经济效益的充分发挥都需要一个过程,因此在互联网资源增长带动省域经济发展方面并未发现明显规律。The relationship between Internet and region economy development is an important proposition of information geography.In order to determine the relationship between Internet resources and provincial economy development in China from 1999 to 2008,CN domain name and netizen was selected as Internet resources indicators,and GDP and per capita GDP as economic development indicators.Using the centralized indicators and the correlation analysis method,the influence of provincial economy development to the Internet resources distribution was analyzed,and it attempts to seek the basic rule of impetus function of Internet resources to provincial economy development.The research indicated that the provincial economy level of development had the remarkable influence to the Internet resources spatial distribution,CN domain name was reflection of region average per capita GDP,and GDP and netizen correlation coefficient had enhanced gradually on the basis of 0.48,and maintained at a very high level.At the same time,the correlation coefficient of regional per capita GDP and netizen distribution had gradually dropped from 0.74 to 0.4 and below.The realization of impetus function which Internet does to region economy gain was mainly through the skip-type development of impulsing tradition industry,the most important constituent on region information infrastructure and the Internet industry chain,as well as the indirect economy growing impetus of the Internet industry chain.There was no obvious rule that Internet resources promoted provincial economy development in the past 10 years,Internet,as which needs a process to fully bring into play,was still in rapid development period in China.Moreover,it still needs time for people come to understand Internet.
