摘 要:新一轮土地利用规划要求划入基本农田保护区内的基本农田为优质连片耕地。为了实现耕地中优质连片地块的准确有效划定,该文综合考虑了优质连片耕地划定过程中的一些限制因素,提出了一个基于GIS的耕地连片性计算方法,开发了耕地连片性分析系统,试图以此准确高效地找出优质耕地的连片区域,进而辅助有关规划人员进行基本农田保护区划定工作。以辽宁省北票市农用地分等成果数据为例,对耕地连片性计算方法的可行性和耕地连片性分析系统的实用性进行了验证。The new round of land-use planning requires that the basic farmland within the basic farmland protection areas should be the high-quality connective farmland.In order to achieve effective and exact delineation of the high-quality space connective block in farmland,some constraints in the process of delineating high-quality connective farmland were considered,a GIS-based calculation method of farmland connectivity was presented.For this method,the target area is divided into specific grids,and then a grid search algorithm was proposed to calculate the connectivity of different blocks according to the properties which they contain.With the ArcGIS Engine development platform for GIS,the farmland connectivity analysis system was developed in an attempt to accurately and efficiently identify high-quality farmland′s connective areas,which can support the planning staff to delineate basic farmland protection zones.According to farmland classification data of Beipiao County as example,the feasibility of farmland connectivity calculation method and the practicability of the farmland connectivity analysis system have been verified,the results show that the method is effective and feasible,and the system has a high practicality.
