柠檬酸在早期断奶仔猪日粮中的应用

摘　　要：将４８头早期断奶仔猪分为３组，其中两个试验组分别加入柠檬酸０．７％（１组）和１．０％（２组），另一组不加为空白对照。３周试验结果表明，日增重１组和２组分别比对照组提高１２．１８％和２．２４％，组间差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）。饲料利用率１组和２组分别比对照组提高５．５６％和１５．６９％。头均全期经济效益１组和２组比对照组提高１２．７７％和６．３２％，１组又比２组提高６．０６％。weaning piglets were divided into 3 groups randomly, two of which were fed on diet added with 0.7% citric acid (No.1 group) and 1.0% citric acid (No.2 group), the rest one were fed on diet with no citric acid (CK group). The results of 3 weeks feeding experiment showed that compared with CK, daily gain of No.1 group and No.2 group increased by 12.18% and 2.24% respectively, but the difference was not significant among groups (P>0.05). Diet utilization rate of two treated groups were 5.56% and 15.69% higher than that of CK respectively. Of thres groups, No.1 group obtained best economic benefit which was 12.77% higher than CK and 6.06% higher than No.2 group.
