摘 要:为提高胆红素生产效益,采取正交实验法,优化皂化水解pH、温度和时间。结果表明:在pH12.0、105℃、20 min时,胆红素粗制品收率平均为0.866 7 g/L,但纯度仅为24.01%,折合纯品收率为0.208 1 g/L。胆红素的纯度在pH11.0、100℃、10~30 min时,平均纯度为67.91%,但粗制品收率仅为0.402 2 g/L,折合纯品收率为0.273 1g/L。胆红素的折合纯品收率,在pH10~12、100℃、20 min时,平均可达0.366 8 g/L,粗制品收率为0.568 9 g/L、纯度64.12%,此时胆红素的生产效益比传统方法提高了43.9%。Hydrolysis parameters of bilirubin producing process were optimized by an orthogonal test design.The result showed that the raw product yield of the bilirubin was the highest at pH 12.0,105 ℃,and 20 min.The average was 0.866 7 g/L,but the purity was 24.01%,the pure product yield was 0.208 1 g/L.The purity of bilirubin reached the highest at pH 11.0,100 ℃,10 to 30 min,the average was 67.91%,but the raw product yield was 0.402 2 g/L,the pure product yield was 0.273 1 g/L.The pure product yield reached the highest at pH 10 to 12,100 ℃,20 min,the average reached 0.366 8 g/L.The raw product yield of the bilirubin was 0.568 9 g/L,the purity was 64.12%,and the production benefit of bilirubin was improved by 43.9% than the traditional method.
