摘　　要：新疆是我国西北的战略屏障,是我国对外开放的重要门户,也是我国战略资源的重要基地。新疆多民族、多宗教、多文化和地处反分裂前沿的特殊区情决定了新疆思想政治教育目标和内容的特殊性。Xinjiang is our country’s stratagem barrier in the northwest,it is the gateway to external opening and important base of stratagem resource too.The especial statuses of Xinjiang,which include multinational facts,multi-religion,multi-cultures and importances at the foreland of anti-abruption,determine the particularity of college ideological and political education in Xinjiang.
