摘　　要：考证利用科学话语外溢现象构筑基于科学话语结构的国际贸易规则,抢占国际政治经济秩序战略制高点,压缩发展中国家经济发展空间的真实性。认为基于科学话语结构的国际贸易规则的作用机理是科学话语外溢现象。以"中国制造"为案例,探索基于科学话语结构的国际贸易规则的作用形式、危害形式和作用规则;分析基于科学话语结构的国际贸易规则存在结构性缺陷,认为其创制依据是有违科学伦理的科学失范行为,由于科学话语结构不能充当科学准则体系,其贸易裁判具有非道德性,因此并非牢不可破。This paper studies the truthfulness of using the phenomenon of scientific discourse spillover to establish international trade rules based on scientific discourse structure,seizing the strategic points in international political and economic orders,and reducing the economic development space of developing countries.The author maintains that the functioning mechanism of the international trade rules based on scientific discourse structure is the phenomenon of scientific discourse spillover.Take ＂made in China＂ as a case,the author analyzes the functioning forms,damage forms and functioning rules of the international trade rules based on scientific discourse structure.The author also holds that the international trade rules based on scientific discourse structure has structural defects,and that their establishment criterion is an anomalous behavior against scientific ethics;that the scientific discourse structure should not be considered as a scientific criterion system,and its trade judgment has immorality,therefore it is not unbreakable.
