青岛市新农村建设推进的微观模式和宏观战略研究

摘　　要：青岛市在近几年的新农村建设中取得了较大的进步。本文主要就青岛市新农村建设推进的微观模式和宏观战略展开研究,总结目前青岛市新农村建设中存在的工业企业带动型、畜牧养殖带动型等六种典型的推进模式,以及农村工业化、农业生产企业化等宏观战略,并提出包括拓宽农民增收渠道,加强农村基础设施建设,着力培育新型农民等几项具体措施,以期为青岛市新农村更好、更快的建设提供借鉴和帮助。In recent years,great progress has been made in Qingdao＇s new rural construction.This paper focuses on the micro-model and macro-strategy in new rural construction in Qingdao,and analyzes six typical progression models such as the industrial enterprises-led and animal husbandry-led models,and macro-strategy such as rural industrialization and agricultural production in an enterprise pattern.The paper also makes some proposals including increasing rural incomes,strengthening rural infrastructure,and cultivating new type of farmers,in order to provide reference and help for new rural construction in Qingdao,and make it develop better and faster.
