摘　　要：从农民经济行为视角对新型农村合作医疗的制度设计加以考察,通过无差异曲线分析法反观农民的经济行为,发现现行制度在筹资标准、合作方式等方面存在诸多不完善之处。在此基础上,提出应该通过改革资金筹集机制、完善医疗经济补偿功能及采用多种、差异化的运行模式等手段加以克服。This paper aims to examine the new rural cooperative medical system from the perspective of the farmers＇ economic behavior.Through an indifference curve analysis of the farmers＇ behavior,it is believed that the current system has many imperfections in terms of the capital raising criteria and the cooperation modes.Therefore,we should improve its financing mechanism and economic compensation function,and develop diversified cooperative modes.
