3S与GSM通信技术智能消防系统探讨

摘　　要：城市中人群大都较为集中,城市火灾往往会造成巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失。高效快速的城市应急报警和救援管理平台反映出一个城市的管理水平和现代化程度。在现行消防指挥系统的基础上,结合3S与GSM通信技术对智能消防系统的建立进行了探讨。其中对所建系统中的GSM通信、报警点定位、最短路径、GPS车辆追踪等几个关键问题做了详细阐述,并就最短路径选择问题进行了改进。Urban population are almostly centralized,fire often causes huge casualties and property losses. The efficient and rapid urban emergency alarm and rescue management platform could reflect a city＇s management and modernization level. We did some discussions of creating an intelligent fire-fighting system based on the existing fire-fighting communication command system,3S and GSM communication technologies. We depict some key issues in the system,such as GSM communication,alarm point location,the shortest path and GPS vehicle tracking,and make some improvements on the choice of the shorted path.
