摘　　要：本文在整理国际及国内蓝光高清光盘技术发展的基础上,对中国蓝光高清光盘(CBHD)标准中物理格式部分的专利布局进行梳理,以协助国内光盘企业及研究机构推广CBHD的发展,降低产品上市后的风险。The paper combing the patent distribution of China Blue High-definition Disc （ CBHD ） based on the arrangement of international and domestic high-definition blue-ray disc technology development to help domestic disc enterprises and research institutions to promote the development of CBHD and reduce the risk of product launch.
