风药作为头面部的引药探讨

摘　　要：风药之名称首见于李东垣的《兰室秘藏·头痛门》。风药有狭义和广义之分。狭义的风药是指祛风解表药包括祛风散寒药、疏风散热药以及祛风除湿药三大类。广义的风药是指在传统中医理论指导下,归肺、肝经,功能祛除、疏散外风,或平息内风,或搜剔内、外风,主要用于治疗风病的药物。通过风药的概念、引药的发展历史以及风药治疗头风,风药治疗脑中风以及风药治疗五官疾病的分析,认为风药可以作为头面部的引药进行运用。The paper analyzed the concepts of wind-drug and summarized the history of the medicinal guide as well as reviewed wind-drug treating migraine,apoplexy and disease of five sense organs.The paper proposed the wind-drug can be used as the medicinal guide of the head and face.
