内障丸对抗精子抗体阳性小鼠TNF-α表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨内障丸对抗精子抗体阳性小鼠TNF-α表达的影响。方法:将成年雌性小鼠随机分为4组,用主动免疫法进行造膜,造膜后1周开始给药,连续3周。用放射免疫法检测肿瘤坏死因子。结果:内障丸组与模型组相比肿瘤坏死因子明显降低。结论:内障丸可以抑制精子抗体的产生,内障丸可以降低血清和蜕膜中异常升高的肿瘤坏死因子,全面改善外周血和子宫局部内环境,调节机体失衡的免疫状态,内障丸可以明显提高抗精子抗体阳性小鼠的窝产仔数,恢复其生殖能力,且疗效优于醋酸泼尼松组。Objective：To study the effect of Neizhang pill on expression of TNF-α of anti-sperm antibody positive mices.Methods ：The adult mices were divided into 4 groups,our established anti-sperm antibody positive animal model by active immunity method.We began treatment after one week,continuous 3 weeks.We detection the TNF-α through radiation immunity.Results ：Neizhang pill can reduce the excessive TNF-α.Conclusion ：Neizhang pill can inhibit the producing of anti-sperm antibody.Neizhang pill can reduce the excessive TNF-α in serum and decidual,improve the peripheral circulation and uterine local environment roundly,and regulate the body＇s immune state balance.Neizhang pill can obviously enhance the fetiferous number of anti-sperm antibody positive mice,recover the ability of procreation.And its affection is better than prednisolone acetate group.
