摘　　要：目的:优选律复康胶囊醇提部分的最佳工艺。方法:应用正交试验设计,采用高效液相色谱法测定人参皂苷Rg1、Re的含量,浸出物测定法测定正丁醇萃取物出膏率。结果:最佳提取工艺为:加8倍量的70%乙醇,煎煮2次,每次1h。结论:该提取方法合理、可行,工艺稳定可靠,适用于工业化大生产。Objective：To study the best extracting technology for aqueous substance of Lvfukang Capsules.Method ：Orthogonal optimization was used in the experiment and the content of panaxsaponin Rg1 panaxsaponin Re was determined by HPLC,the rate of n-butanol matter was determined by assay of extractum.Result ：The ideal extraction process is ：the medicine is extracted for two times,with 8 times of 70% alcohol,boiled for 1 hour.Conclusion ：The best extracting technology is rational and feasible,it is labile and applicable to the industry manufacture.
