摘　　要：结合中医生殖理论及卵巢的功能特点,从卵泡发育、成熟、排卵不同阶段的功能异常论述卵巢功能障碍的病机特点和治疗特色,尤其对卵巢早衰、无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血、多囊卵巢综合征、未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征等疑难疾病的治疗特色进行了探讨。According to the reproductive theory of TCM and the functional characters of ovaries,summarize the study of TCM on ovarian dysfunctions.Discuss the study of TCM on growth,mature and ovulation of ovum.Introduce the therapy characteristic of TCM on premature ovarian failure,anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding,polycystic ovary syndrome and luteinized unruptured follide syndrome.
