摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种常见的慢性呼吸道疾病,是慢性支气管炎和肺气肿的总称。本病主要特征为慢性气流阻塞,并呈进行性发展。本病发病率及病死率较高,反复发作,呈进行性加重,严重影响了患者生存质量。探索本病中医病因病机,深化辨证认识,对临床有效治疗本病具有较大意义。就近年来性阻塞性肺疾病中医证候学研究进展做一综述。Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease（COPD）as a common chronic respiratory disease is the general term for chronic bronchitis and emphysema.This disease mainly characterized by chronic airflow obstruction with gradually development.This disease illustrates high incidence,mortality and recurrent rate with deteriorate conditions,which seriously affect the patients＇ quality of life.Therefore,it is of great importance to explore etiology and pathogenesis of this disease on TCM and to deepen the dialectical understanding of clinical effective treatment.This review provides TCM studies and progresses on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in recent years.
