摘　　要：细胞外信号调节激酶(extracellular signal-regulated kinase,ERK)通路参与细胞生长、发育、增殖、分化以及细胞间的功能同步和细胞恶性转化等多种生理、病理过程。ERK通路的抑制及过度激活与人类许多疾病发生密切相关。中药复方对ERK通路具有双向调节作用。现就中药复方对ERK通路的调节研究进展作一综述。Extracellular signal-regulated kinase pathway is involved in cell growth,development,proliferation,differentiation,function of synchronization between cells and cell malignant transformation of a variety of physiological and pathological processes.ERK pathway inhibition and excessive activation of many human diseases are closely linked.Chinese herbal compound on the ERK pathway has dual regulation.This article reviews Chinese herbal compound on the regulation of ERK pathway research.
