王崇仁主任治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽56例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察导师王崇仁以"微苦微辛,轻以去实"法治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床疗效。方法:56例患儿均以"微苦微辛,轻以去实"法,以麻黄、苏子、杏仁、前胡、浙贝母、炙杷叶、黄芩、桔梗为主方,随证加减治疗。结果:治愈52例,好转4例,无效0例,治愈率92.86%。结论:运用"微苦微辛,轻以去实"法,宣肺降气,化痰平喘,治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽效果满意。Objective：To observe the WANG Chong-ren instructor treat Pediatric pneumonia asthma by principle of＂slightly bitter and slightly hot can eliminate the evils＂.Methods ：56 diagnosed patiens were treadted by principle of＂slightly bitter and slightly hot can eliminate the evils,＂Major herbs ：Ephedra ;Perilla ;Almond ;Peucedanum ;Fritillaria ;Loquat Laef ;Scutellaria ;Kikyo.According to symptom to adding or reducing herbs.Result ：52 patients were completely recovered ;the condition of 4 patients were improved ;and 0 patiens didn＇t answer to the treatment,the cure rate is 92.86%.Conclusion ：The principle of＂ slightly bitter slightly hot＂,can disperse and descend lung-qi,and achieve the purpose of Sputum-resolving and Asthma-relieving,so this principle in treating pediatric pneumonia asthma in remarkable curative effect.
