热敏灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察热敏灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:37例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为热敏灸组和电针组,分别用热敏灸和电针治疗,每日1次,周六、日除外,总共治疗10次,对比观察两组疼痛改善情况。结果:热敏灸组21例共治愈14例,治愈率66.7%,好转7例,无效0例,且有4例不到10次即提前结束治疗;电针组16例,治愈5例,好转11例,治愈率31.3%,两组的治愈率比较χ2=4.56,P<0.05,差异有显著性意义。结论:热敏灸治疗对带状疱疹后遗神经痛有较好疗效,且疗程短,病人接受度高,值得临床进一步推广。Objective：To study the therapeutic efficacy of sensitive moxibustion for post herpetic neuralgia.Methods ：37 standard cases were randomly divided into Sensitive Moxibustion group with moxibustion and Electro-acupuncture Group by electronic acupuncture,both treated altogether 10 times,once per day,Saturday and Sunday exceptionally,and then comparison were made between their improvements of pain.Result ：Among all the 21 cases of Sensitive Moxbustion Group,which including 4 premature termination cases,the total curative rate was 66.7% with complete cure 14,marked improvement 7 and no effect 0,while 27.5%,5 and 11 in control group.There were significant differences in the curative rate of the two groups.（χ2=4.56,P0.05）.Conclusion ：Sensitive moxibustion has a good effect in treating post herpetic neuralgia.
