摘 要:目的:采用腺嘌呤(Adenine)、乙胺丁醇灌喂大鼠诱导高尿酸血症动物模型,观察中药除湿化瘀方对其血尿酸及黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)的影响。方法:选择大鼠作为模型动物,以腺嘌呤、乙胺丁醇为造模剂,塑造高尿酸血症动物模型,动态检测大鼠血尿酸、XOD等生化指标。结果:除湿化瘀方高剂量给药7、14天可明显降低腺嘌呤、乙胺丁醇诱发的大鼠血尿酸升高,第7天可明显降低黄嘌呤氧化酶水平,对肾功能损害明显低于别嘌醇组。结论:(1)除湿化瘀方有明显降尿酸作用。(2)降尿酸作用机理有待进一步深入研究。Objective:In the present study,hyperuricemic rats were developed by oral injection with adenine and ethambutol.The effects of Chushihuayu Decoction on the levels of serum uric acid and xanthine oxidase(XOD)in the hyperuricemic rats were investigated.Methods :Oral injection with adenine and ethambutol was applied to develop the hyperuricemic rats models.The levels of serum uric acid and XOD were detected.Result :Continuous administration of Chushihuayu Decoction(high dose)for 7 days or 14 days significantly reduced the levels of serum uric acid of hyperuricemic rats.Continuous administration of Chushihuayu Decoction(high dose)for 7 days significantly decreased the level of xanthine oxidase,which indicates the Chushihuayu Decoction protects the renal function from adenine and ethambutol.Conclusion :(1)Chushihuayu Decoction significantly reduced the levels of serum uric acid.(2)This mechanism of Chushihuayu Decoction will be further expolerd.
