舒适护理在血液滤过治疗重症胰腺炎中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的总结舒适护理在血液滤过治疗重症胰腺炎中的应用体会。方法 36例重症胰腺炎患者在常规治疗加血液滤过治疗的基础上,给予舒适护理,在护理过程中强调生理舒适护理、心理舒适护理、社会舒适的护理。结果本组患者经治疗和护理,提高了生存率和舒适程度。结论规范化舒适护理可保障血液滤过的顺利进行,促进胰腺炎病人的恢复,减少并发症的发生。Objective To sum up the application of comfort care in the treatment of severe pancreatitis（SP）. Methods 36 patients with SP received comfort care in addition to the routine treatment and hemofiltration. Physiological, psychological and social comfort care was emphasized during the nursing care. Results The survival rate and the degree of comfort were promoted after the treatment and care. Conclusion Standardization of comfort care can ensure the conducting of hemofiltration, accelerate the recovery of SP patients and reduce complications.
