摘  要:在CFB冷态试验台上,试验研究了CFB主床的床顶结构对边壁下降流的影响。并对平床顶结构分3种高度的情况进行了试验。试验得出:CFB主床的床顶结构是影响边壁下降流的重要因素;当流化速度和固体物料循环速率一定时,边壁下降流的延伸长度随床顶高度的增加而增大,在此基础上,建立了边壁下降流内循环模型,通过分析和数学推导,给出了边壁下降流内循环速率以及轴向截面平均物料浓度关系式。Abstract In cold test set of CFB,the effect has been studied of the main bed top structure on the particles descending flow near the bed wall.The plate top structure has three kinds of height.The experiment shows:the main bed top structure of CFB has great effective factor on the particles descending flow near the bed wall.When the fluidized velocity and particles circulating rate are constant,the higher the main bed top structure height is,and the longer the extending length of the particles descending flow near the bed wall is.Based on the test,this paper sets up the inner circulation model of the particles descending flow near the bed wall.Through theoretical analysis and mathematical deduction,the inner circulating rate of the particles descending flow near the bed wall and the mean concentration of particles in axial section are accquired
