锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗锁骨远端骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗锁骨远端骨折的临床价值。方法本文对收治的锁骨远端骨折患者采用锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗,并经Lgzzcano标准评价患者术后的功能恢复情况。结果本文42例锁骨远端骨折患者的平均手术时间为(31.6±4.3)min,术中出血(52.8±6.2)mL。术后随访6～12个月,并采用Lgzzcano标准评价术后功能恢复情况。结果发现其中优26例,占61.90%;良16例,占38.10%;差0例,占0.00%。优良率达到了100%。结论锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗锁骨远端骨折是目前临床值得推广应用的最佳固定方法之一。Objective Investigate the clinical application value of clavicular hook plate fixation in treatment of distal clavicle fracture.Methods In this paper,those patients with distal clavicle fractures were treated with clavicular hook plate fixation,and it evaluated postoperative functional recovery by Lgzzcano criteria.Results 42 patients with plate for distal clavicle fracture,the average operation time was（31.6±4.3）min,blood loss（52.8±6.2）mL.Patients were followed up 6 to 12 months,and it used Lgzzcano criteria to evaluate the postoperative functional recovery and found them excellent in 26 cases,accounting for 61.90%,good in 16 cases,accounting for 38.10%;poor in 0 case,accounting for 0.00%.Excellent and good rate reached 100%.Conclusion Clavicular hook plate fixation for distal clavicle fracture is one of the best fixation way in clinical.
