右旋柠烯对乳腺癌淋巴结转移影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨右旋柠烯对乳腺癌淋巴结转移的影响。方法人乳癌细胞株MDA.MB-435裸小鼠乳腺原位种植建立乳腺癌模型,分3组进行实验,免疫组织化学方法检测乳腺癌LMVD、VEGF-C,比较各组肿瘤体积大小、转移率、LMVD及VEGF-C。结果右旋柠烯组乳癌生长和淋巴结转移受到抑制,LMVD降低、乳癌转移率下降、VEGF-C表达下调。结论右旋柠烯通过抑制乳腺癌组织淋巴管增生,减少淋巴管密度,从而达到抑制乳腺癌的生长和转移。Objective To investigate the D-limonene on the clinical impact of lymph node breast cancer and research.Methods The human breast cancer cell line MDA.MB-435 breast in-situ grown in nude mice to establish breast cancer model,divided into three groups to conduct experiments,immunohistochemistry to detect breast cancer LMVD,VEGF-C,Comparison of tumor size in each group size,transfer rate,LMVD and VEGF-C.Results The d-limonene group of breast cancer growth and lymph node metastasis is inhibited,LMVD reduced the rate of decline in breast cancer metastasis,VEGF-C expression reduced.Conclusion D-limonene by inhibiting breast cancer lymphatic hyperplasia,reducing lymphatic vessel density,So as to achieve suppression of breast cancer growth and metastasis.
