摘　　要：目的探讨三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性,安全性,及应用价值。方法分析2006年12月至2009年6月行三孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术145例的临床资料。结果平均手术时间30min,平均术后住院时间3d,无严重手术并发症。结论三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术是安全可行的,术者需要有较高的腹腔镜操作水平及经验。Objective To evaluate the feasibility,saftety and clinical value of three-hole methed in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The data of 145 pataients who underwent three-hole methed in laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results The mean operative time was 30min,the mean time for hospitalization was 3 days,no obvious complications occurred.Conclusion The three-hole methed in laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and feasible.the operators should have plentiful experience and higher operative skill with laparoscopy
