碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂行根管消毒的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂行根管消毒的效果。方法对116例病人临床分型为急性根尖周炎,慢性根尖周炎急性发作,慢性瘘道型根类周炎、创伤性根类周炎的122颗牙齿行根管清理后,用碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂封入根管内,观察其消毒效果。结果急性、慢性急性发作、慢性(瘘道型)、创伤性的有效率分别为92.31%,92.86%,89.47%和100%,总的有效率为92.24%。采用χ2检验各组内的P值均>0.05,各组内差异无统计学意义,表明临床各型间根管消毒结果无明显差别。结论碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂是一种良好的根管消毒剂,较其它根管的消毒剂有优越性,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of iodoform-calcium hydroxide paste in root canal disinfection.Methods 116 patients in clinical classification were as follows,acute apical periodontities、acute exacerbation of chronic apical periodontitis、chronic fistula-type periapical and traumatic periapicitis,the root canals of the 122 teeth of the patients were sealed with iodoform-calcium hydroxide paste affer root canal preparation and irrigation in order to observe its disinfection.Results The efficiency of acut、chronic acute、chronic fistula-type invasive was 92.31%、92.86%、89.47% and 100%,The total effective rate was 92.24%,Adopting χ2 test,within each group,P0.05,no satistical difference was found within each group,meaning that all types of clinical results in the root canal disinfection had no significant diffcrencos.Conclusion Iodoform-calcium hydroxide paste in root canal is a good disfectant,compared with other root canal disinfectants,it has advantages and is worth popularizing.
