四肢骨折并创伤性休克60例治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨四肢骨折并创伤性休克的救治措施及效果。方法回顾性分析了2001年2月至2009年2月共60例多发四肢骨折伴休克患者的临床资料。结果本组患者均有不同程度的休克,按伤情严重度评分(ISS)平均ISS为50;死亡2例。结论早期合理抗休克治疗及早期复位固定是治疗多发性四肢骨折伴休克患者的有效措施。Objeltive To discuss the multiple limbs fracture partner to be in shock treats and cures the measure and the effect.Methods The review analyzed from January,2001 the altogether 60 examples to send the clinical material to February,2009 which the bone fracture partner was in shock.Results This group of patients had the varying degree of the shock.Average ISS was 50 and 2 patient died.Conclusion It is the effective measures of treatment multiple limbs fracture that early time anti-shock treatment and reduction internal fixation.
