枳实水煎液对复方地芬诺酯便秘模型小鼠排便作用的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨枳实水煎液对便秘小鼠排便作用的影响.方法 采用复方地芬诺酯建立小鼠便秘模型,观察不同剂量枳实水煎液对正常小鼠和便秘模型小鼠肠运动的影响.结果 枳实中、高剂量可明显提高小鼠小肠推进率,缩短首粒排黑便时间（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,且枳实高剂量组可增加6 h内的排黑便数目（P〈0.01）.结论 枳实具有润肠通便作用.Objective To study the effect of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus Decoction on defecating function of constipated mice.Methods Constipation mice models were induced by Compound Diphenoxylate.Defecating effects of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus on normal and constipation mice were observed.Results Middle and high dose of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus decoction could increase impelling rate of small intestine,shorten the time for the first dark stools（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.and add the amount of dark stools within 6 hours（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Fructus Aurantii Immaturus has the functions of loosening bowel to relieve constipation.
