摘　　要：本文结合笔者在塞舌尔维多利亚医院的工作情况，对针灸在维多利亚医院的开展情况作了较详细介绍，总结了治疗病种、患者职业分布、疗效等。展望了针灸在国外的发展前景，提出针灸专业人员只有把握文化及心理差异，提高英语水平及针灸疗效，才能顺应针灸的发展趋势。The author introduced the status of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in Victoria hospitals of Seychelles in detail based on his own working experiences. The kinds of diseases, careers of patients, therapeutic effects and so on for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment were summarized. Meanwhile, the author outlined the development history of acupuncture and moxibustion in Seychelles, and put forward that acupuncturists should well handle four aspects of things including culture, psychological difference, English level and therapeutic effects to stay in conformance with the new development.
