摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合穴位注射治疗糖尿病眼肌麻痹的临床疗效。方法将40例糖尿病跟肌麻痹患者随机分为两组各20例，对照组采用针刺疗法，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合穴位注射治疗。疗程结束后总结疗效。结果治疗组显效率为（85％）、对照组为（55％），两组显效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P=0．0384）。结论针刺配合穴位注射治疗糖尿病眼肌麻痹有效。Objective To observe the effects of combined acupuncture and point injection in the treatment of diabetic ophthalmoplegia patients. Methods 40 patients with diabetic ophthalmoplegia were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group, with 20 patients in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture, and the treatment group was additionally treated with point injection. Therapeutic effects were observed after the treatment. Results Effective rate was 85% and 55% in the treatment group and the control group respectively, showing significant difference（P=0.0384〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with point injection is effective in treating patients with diabetic ophthalmoplegia.
