中药熏蒸联合NB-UVB照射治疗银屑病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察中药熏蒸联合照射窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）治银屑病的临床疗效.方法 将100例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为两组各50例,对照组单纯采用NB-UVB治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合中药熏蒸治疗,比较两组临床疗效.结果 两组治疗后临床疗效及PASI评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）.结论 中药熏蒸联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病有效.Objective To observe the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with narrow-band ultraviolet B and self-made traditional Chinese medicine fumigating.Methods A total of 100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly recruited into a treatment group and a control group,50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with narrow-band ultraviolet B：on this basis,the treatment group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine fumigating.The therapeutic effeCts of both groups were observed.Results As compared with the control group.the treatment group showed better therapeutic effects（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It was effective to treat psoriasis vulgaris with narrow-band ultraviolet B combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine fumigating.
