摘 要:目的提高护理不良事件报告率和护理的安全性。方法成立护理安全管理委员会,界定护理不良事件和无惩罚原则,实施呈报、处理、评价、反馈与总结管理流程,奖惩结合推进无惩罚原则的实施。1年后评价效果。结果护理不良事件主动呈报率显著升高,可避免率显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),护理质量和患者满意度显著提高(均P<0.01)。结论无惩罚原则的实施有利于护理不良事件的暴露和正确处理,提高患者的安全度。Objective To improve nurses' self-report of errors in nursing practice, and to guarantee nursing safety. Methods A nursing safety management committee was to define established the errors in nursing practice and the no-punishment principle, implemented the process which was composed of reporting, processing, evaluation, feedback and summation, and employed rewards and punishments to promote the implementation of the no-punishment principle. The effect was evaluated after 1 year. Results The selfreport rate of errors significantly increased, and the rate of avoidable errors significantly decreased; quality of nursing service and patient satisfaction were significantly improved (P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01). Conclusion Implementation of no-punishment principle in managing errors in nursing practice can expose the errors, and improve patient safety.
