摘　　要：城市化是城市与乡村的互动演变过程,城市化与统筹城乡相辅相成、互为因果。评价一个地区城市化的水平,同样需要关注城乡统筹的程度,基于城乡统筹程度的城市化测度结果才能科学地反映出这一地区真实的城市化水平。我们试图结合城市化指标与统筹城乡指标,构建基于城乡统筹视角的城市化综合评价体系,并以浙江省11地市2008年的截面数据为例进行了计算与验证。The urbanization is the interaction between city and countryside,urbanization and balance urban and rural development,cause-and-effect.An area of urbanization is reflected through measurement based on urban and rural balance development.This paper tries to construct comprehensive evaluation system,which synthesises index of urbanization and urban and rural co-ordination,and make measurement and testing according to the section data from 11 cities of zhejiang province in 2008.
