明目止痛片质量标准的研究

摘　　要：建立明目止痛片的质量标准。采用TLC法对黄连、大黄、菊花、麦冬及栀子进行鉴别,采用HPLC法测定制剂中黄芩苷的含量。结果表明,薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。黄芩苷进样量在0.240 8~0.722 4μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 5）。平均加样回收率为97.7%,RSD为1.88%（n=5）。所建立的方法简单准确,可较好地控制明目止痛片的质量。To establish the quality standard for Mingmu Zhiton Tablets.Coptis chinensis Franch,Rheum officinale,Chrysanthemum mori-folium Ramat,ophiopogonis tuber and Gardenia jasminoides Ellis were distinquished by TLC respectively.The content of baicalin in the preparation was determined by HPLC.The color spectra of TLC spots were distinct and there were noninterference from the negative con-trol.The calibration curve was linear over the concentration rang of 0.2408~0.7224μg for baicalin（r = 0.999 5）and the average recovery was 97.7%,RSD =1.88%（n=5.） The established method is simple and accurate.It can be used as quality control for Mingmu Zhitong tablets.
