摘  要:建立新人参二醇血浆样品制备方法。以高效液相色谱法检测小鼠血浆提取物中新人参二醇的含量,确定小鼠血浆预处理方法。结果石油醚、乙醚和醋酸乙酯等萃取法制备的血浆样品中新人参二醇提取率低;甲醇萃取法、SPEC18固相萃取法制备的血浆样品提取率均较高,但甲醇萃取制备的样品中杂质峰干扰较大,而SPEC18固相萃取法制备的血浆样品中杂质峰对样品无干扰。SPEC18固相萃取法可作为新人参二醇血浆样品的制备方法。Objective To establish the preparation method of extracting New Panaxadiol(NPD)from Rice plasma samples.Methods The content of NPD in the Rice plasma was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography,and the pre-process method of the Rice plasma was obtained.Results:The extraction rates by petroleum ether,ethyl ether and ethyl acetate were lower than by methanol or by solid-phase extraction method.The impurity had interference with NPD in methanol extracts,but impurity had no interference with NPD prepared by solid-phase method.Conclusion:Solid-phase method with SPEC18 is the most suitable for preparing the NPD plasma samples.
