HPLC法测定气血康口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量

摘　　要：建立气血康口服液中黄芪甲苷含量测定的方法。采用ZORBAXEclipse XDB-C18（4.6×150mm,5μm）色谱柱;流动相为：乙腈∶水（30∶70）;流速：1.0mL/min;检测器波长：203nm。结果表明,黄芪甲苷在2~10μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 8,n=5）,平均回收率：97.25%,RSD0：.41%。该方法简单、快速、准确,可作为产品的质量控制方法。To establish measurement method for astragaloside contents in Oral Liquid qi and blood.ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6 ×150mm,5μm） column;mobile phase：acetonitrile：wate（r30∶70）,flow rate： 1.0 ml/min;detector wavelengths：203nm.The AstragalosideIV of 2~10μg within the framework showed a good linear relationship（r = 0.999 8,n = 5）,the average recovery rate： 97.25%,RSD：0.41%,The method is simple,fast and accurate,which can be used as a quality control method for the product.
